NK cells also act as regulatory cells. These cells reciprocally interact with Ds. This way, they can improve their antigen uptake. This action also helps in promoting the generation of antigen-specific CTL responses. 

By producing cytokines such as IFN-y can activate NK cells induce CD8+ T cells. This can help them in becoming CTLs. An activated NK cell also plays a role in identifying CD4+ T cells. This can also promote CTL identification. Cytokines that are produced by NK cells may also have the ability to improve antitumor cells. 

It is believed that the Cytokine gene transfer approach can help in inducing NK cell proliferation. This can help in increasing survival capacity. This can help in enhancing the activation and make them extra effective. 

The scientists who are experts in NK cells assure you that you can get great success by going for the NK cell lines. It has been stated that the NK cells have the ability to restore the cytotoxic capacity. Not only this, but NK cells can also increase the survival rate, proliferation rate, and Vivo antitumor activity. Yet, the specificity of the NK cells is limited. 

Nk cells can help in curing various types of cancer. If the studies and experiments work out positively, the NK cells will increase the activity of CD19, CD4+, and some other disease-fighting cells present in our body.
